Refund Policy

This page explains the refund policies that apply to the different educational packages offered at options-insiders.com.

Academy Subscriptions

When a customer enrolls in the Academy for the first time, the initial payment subscription is covered by a 7-day refund policy if the customer pays with a card. The refund policy does not cover any subscription where the customer has already been enrolled in another academy subscription plan prior to the purchase.

Weekly Report Subscriptions

The initial payment for all weekly report subscriptions is covered by a 7-day refund policy only if the customer pays with a card. The refund policy does not apply for any purchases made after the first purchase.

Mirror Trading Subcriptions

Any initial payments for all Mirror Trading subscriptions are covered by a 7-day refund policy if the customer pays with a card. The refund policy does not apply for any purchases made after the first purchase.

The refund period always starts from the date and time of purchase.

Platinum Memberships

The Platinum memberships are not covered by the refund policy.

EU Customers

EU customers accept that if they use the service by either signing into their account or in any other way accessing purchased material they lose their right to the default EU regulated cool-off period for digital services and instead refund periods specified above by options-insiders.com apply.

Crypto Payments

All crypto payments are non-refundable or refundable if options-insiders.com decides to approve the refund.

Terms Violations

If the customer violates our terms and conditions by reselling or publicly sharing our content and intellectual property – we have the right to terminate the account of that user without refunding anything.
